30-Day Simple Returns

At Mood & Moss, we want you to be more than satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, this does not happen, we offer a quick and straightforward return process.


Return Policy Overview

Return Window: You have  30 days  from the day you receive your order to return eligible items.

Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and returned in the original packaging.

Simple Returns: Returning items is easy, and our customer support team is here to guide you through the process.


Return Costs

Defective Products: Yes, Mood and Moss accepts returns for defective and non-defective products. If your product is damaged during shipping, incorrect, or defective in any way, there is no cost to the customer  for the return.

Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If the wrong item is purchased, the item doesn’t fit, or if you change your mind, then you will be responsible for the full cost of shipping the returned item. Shipping is  non-refundable.


How to Return an Item

Contact Us: To get in touch, email us at  info@moodandmoss.com. Include your order number and the reason for returning.

Pack Your Item: Put the item back into its original packing with all tags, accessories, and documentation.

Send It Back: Bring your return item to the nearest shipping carrier location and follow the instructions in your return authorization email.


Refund Process

Inspection: Once the return is received by our team, we will inspect the product to ensure it meets the return criteria.

Refund: If all criteria is met, your refund will be processed. This may take up to 7 business days to be refined to your original payment method. Time varies due to bank or payment provider.


Exchanges

Don’t like the color, size, or product entirely? Don’t worry! Mood and moss accepts exchanges. Email us and we will help process a fast and simple exchange.


Non-Returnable Items

For certain safety and hygiene reasons, some products may not be eligible for return. In the item description, these items will be clearly marked as non-returnable.
