Shipping Destinations

Mood & Moss currently ships orders to the following locations:

  • United States

We do not ship to other regions at this time.


Order Processing

Order Cutoff Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time (EST), Monday through Friday, are generally processed on the same business day.

Orders placed after this cutoff time, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Handling Time

Orders typically require 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday) for processing and preparation before shipment.

Once processing is complete, the order is transferred to one of our shipping carriers.


Estimated Delivery Time

Transit Time

After shipment, delivery generally takes 6–8 business days, depending on destination and carrier performance.

Total Delivery Estimate

The estimated total delivery timeframe, including processing and transit, is 7–10 business days.

Please note that some items, especially larger or heavier products, may take slightly longer to arrive due to their size, weight, and the extra care required during handling and transit. Large orders may also require additional processing or separate shipments, which can slightly extend the overall delivery timeframe.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, or high-volume shipping periods.

We work with established and reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery, including:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Carrier selection is determined based on destination, package size, and service availability.


Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.

No minimum purchase is required to qualify for free shipping.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may be viewed through the carrier’s website or our Order Tracking page. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become available.


Delivery Issues

If you experience delivery delays, missing tracking updates, or believe your package may be lost, please contact our customer support team promptly.

We will assist in working with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. Mood & Moss is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by carriers, customs authorities, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is complete and accurate.

Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed, returned, or lost. Additional shipping fees may apply if reshipment is required.
